DPZero
- Only LOTB vessels are built on our DPZero flotation systems, patent pending. Double Positive flotation with Zero voids. TWICE as safe as required.
Others settle for "Basic Flotation" We go twice farther to keep you safe.
- LOTB flotation structures apply pre-tensioning during the Exo-Skeleton manufacturing process as well as post-stressing of the HDPE enclosed hi-density EPS internal structure resulting in excellent torsional and bending moment resistance. The Exo-Skeleton provides long life , low maintenance confidence. Enclosing with HDPE also protects the flotation from wildlife, particularly muskrats. Another version DPZero R2 uses less steel and allows gaps in the enclosure no greater than 25mm, to provide the protection of the HDPE external surfaces where other components of the structure allows this savings. LOTB recommends an in-water inspection by LOTB at 5 year intervals.

Buoyancy to weight ratio of 2.56:1 Draft 7.04 inches.
So it weighs 32,000 lbs. but we build it so it could support 81,840 lbs.
