Our homes are equipped with  a complete sewage treatment plant built into the flotation structure.  This system has been successfully tested by Environment Canada using the LC50 test methodology.

Our vessels are equipped with spud anchors.  These hold our vessels in place without excavating and disrupting the lake bottom the way that typical anchors and chain do.   Anchors and chain or rode disturb hundreds of times more of the lake bottom .  Anchors don't hold boats.  Anchors dig into the lake bottom so that the chain can get stuck in the mud and hold the vessel.   When the wind shifts the chain or rode tears up 1000's of square feet of lake bottom.  check out this Youtube video link.           https://youtube.com/shorts/Lo0ZEgBL3kA?feature=share 

All of the vessels built by LOTB for our customers have been and will continue to be equipped  with DPZero Flotation systems which consist of marine grade EPS flotation blocks encapsulated within HMWPE protective skin and then all of that is wrapped in a steel exo-skeleton.    This provides protection from shorelines, other floating objects and animal life.   Not only is there NO WHERE for water to leak into making it impossible for the hull to fill with water (it's already 100% foam filled) but also it ensures that the foam can't be damaged or get out either.

We have built a way for our customers to enjoy the waterways full time while NEVER having cut down a tree or dug a hole or effected the beauty of the nature we all want to enjoy at all.     Every single waterfront home or cottage builder has cut trees, dug holes, and modified the land and shoreline.    Who's more friendly to the environment ?
